7. When I think of Memorial Day, some may think of the fallen soldiers that have fought for the country. I always think about the families they left behind. It saddens me to know that some people have had their family torn apart due to their person being away at a war that should not even be there. Memorial Day is really a day of grieving and remember the people that have died. I am not exactly sure why there are parades and stuff but I really think they are seeing the good out of the bad. Memorial Day is an important day to many of us and our families due to past relatives or even parents and siblings.
