"Take responsibility for your own body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well being." - Mr. C. Haymore

This quote is really true and something everyone can relate to. Your health, mentally and physically, is really important. It is important to be in charge of your own body and to give your body what it needs. Its important for your body to get healthy foods and drinks. Its also important to put your mental health before anyone else's mental health. There have been several times where i have done that and have felt selfish about that. It's important to give you body and brain what it needs to be able to withstand the hard work it does for us. Many times i have not taken care of my body the way i should have. I really regret the years i ignored what my body was telling me and didn't give my body what it needed to be okay. Its important to listen to our bodies and provide our bodies with the nutrients and everything you take in in general.

Glasgow This quote, in other words, is talking about the importance of setting goals and knowing what exactly you are working towards. I agree with this because setting goals and acknowledging that you have goals is really motivating. I, for example, set goals for myself and work hard to meet all of them. Sometimes, i don't meet all the goals i expect myself to but that just motivates me to work harder. Last year, during 8th grade, i set multiple goals for myself. Some of them were, to get good grades, to complete all my work, and to make sure i am a great student. All of those grades were accomplished and i graduated with a high GPA and many of my teachers thanked me and awarded me for being such a great student.  This year, my goals are to get straight A's so i will have a 4.0 GPA and i want to start volunteering. I agree with this quote greatly because i thi...
