"Ask yourself is it right or wrong and act according."                                                                                - Otto Graham  This quote, in my own words, means acknowledge if something is wrong or right and make the best choice. Many times, i have thought about a quote similar to this and i actually make my decisions with a conscious mind and i think about what is right and what is wrong and make sure that drives me to my decision. I like this quote because it is something people don't always do. I feel like some peolpe make decisions and dont really think about the effects the choice will have on them or whoever in the long run. The Effects of Marijuana

Effects of Marijuana 1. Marijuana can affect you in several ways. These ways can be both positive and negative.  Some of the negative affects include: - Rapid heart beat - Increase risk of heart attack  - Increase risk of bleeding - Lowers blood pressure These are only some of the ways that smoking, inhaling, or eating marijuana can affect on your body.   In the past month, 6.5 percent of eighth graders, 16.6 percent of 10th graders and 21.2 percent of 12th graders admitted to marijuana use.  Some of the ways we could help create a non-marijuana using community is by offering help. When using a drug it isn't an easy decision to suddenly decide not to keep doing that drug. They need to slowly get away from it, and even then that isn't easy for some users.  I commit and promise to never use marijuana, ever, regardless of what society says.
