Class Evaluation I liked learning about new careers, being able to research, and gaining more knowledge on certain topics.  I didn't like how little free time we had and how we would have to stand up to do the pledge of allegiance. I think in order for this class to be more interesting for some people, there should be more free time to play on the computer.  The highlight for me, in this class would have to be learning about careers i didn't even know existed.  i think i really did try hard in this class, i put a lot of effort into the student success statements and the career research.  I only wrote in my journal in class because outside of class i had things to do like homework and lately there's been several things due that has taken over a lot of my time.  I am committed to always choose the right and make good decisions because in the long run it will benefit me and help me become a better person. 

"Take responsibility for your own body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well being." - Mr. C. Haymore  This quote is really true and something everyone can relate to. Your health, mentally and physically, is really important. It is important to be in charge of your own body and to give your body what it needs. Its important for your body to get healthy foods and drinks. Its also important to put your mental health before anyone else's mental health. There have been several times where i have done that and have felt selfish about that. It's important to give you body and brain what it needs to be able to withstand the hard work it does for us. Many times i have not taken care of my body the way i should have. I really regret the years i ignored what my body was telling me and didn't give my body what it needed to be okay. The Harmful Effects of Smoking  Smoking harms you in several ways some way include: makes blood thicker, higher chances of blood clots meaning strokes are very likely increases your blood pressure and heart rate pneumonia, asthma, lung cancer all become much more likely bones become brittle and weak I can promote non-smoking by not smoking myself and by talking to people about the risks of smoking and if that doesn't get them to stop, i respect that. I promise to never smoke or use tobacco products ever.  

"Intelligence is not enough. Intelligent plus character, that is the goal of true education"  - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr This quote is true and is something many people can learn from. This quote is talking about how receiving true education isn't just all about gaining knowledge on whatever subject you are learning. Being truly educated is also when your educator helps you figure yourself out while also teaching you. This quote comes from a very important person. Martin Luther King was an activist during the civil rights movement and demanded rights for black people. He was a very person and accomplished a lot throughout his life. I believe this quote is true because of my past school year experiences. Throughout my life i have always had mostly great teachers. These teachers all had one thing in common, they were great educators and understood all the students in a way that some people cant.

"We need the courage to START and CONTINUE what we should do, and the courage to STOP what we shouldn't do" - Richard L. Evans  I agree with this quote for several reasons. This quote is important to remember when we have a task that we want to succeed at. One reason why i agree with this quote is because succeeding is a big part of life, we need to succeed to make sure we make our mark on the world. In order to succeed you have to do what the quote says. In order to succeed you have to follow through with whatever task you're trying to accomplish which is what the quote says. Bad habits are also sometimes really easy to pick up and that is what the quote talks about also. You need to be courageous and stop doing those bad habits because once you realize they are getting in the way of your success and in general well being, both mentally and physically. I have began doing this and i have seen a bigdifference. 

"when you tell one lie, it leads to another" - Paul Hatch The quote is very true. often times people think that lying is good because it either will benefit them or benefit someone else but really it will affect both of you negatively. This quote is basically saying that lies follow the domino effect and if you lie once it only makes it easier to lie again. Lying is bad for several reasons. Lying is bad because then you make yourself look bad for being dishonest. It is important to always tell the truth because all lies will eventually become uncovered. If you always tell the truth you wont have to deal with keeping up with all those lies because everything you say will be true so you'll know the right version and true version of everything.

Duties and Responsibility: A Navy Physician is like any other doctor but the only difference is they focus on the treatment of people serving the country and their families. They will treat injuries, give diagnosis, and most importantly save lives.  Salary: The average Navy physician earns around $5,462 a month. In total that is around $65,445 yearly.  Education: A high school diploma is required and you need to have graduated medical school. Also, you will have to complete a test to determine if you are eligible to work in this position.  Demand or need for this position: The  need for this position will always be great. There will never be many doctors in the world because the population just keep increasing and although this profession is very competitive it isn't easy to get a job there.  Reflection: I would not like to work in this profession because although i want to become a doctor i feel like i wont do a good job working with sold...
